Londolozi Private Game Reserve

Londolozi Private Game Reserve is a 14 000-hectare (34 580 acres) exclusive safari destination situated in the heart of the famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Londolozi has earned an international reputation for its unmatched African wildlife experience, personalised service, superb safari accommodation and excellent relationships with its neighbouring communities.

Tree Camp

Tree Camp takes its name from the ancient Ebony Tree shading the camp. Each of the six air-conditioned luxurious suites has its own cascading plunge pool, outdoor shower and en suite bathroom featuring a huge, inviting tub. The private decks with plunge pools and outdoor shower overlook the lush banks of the Sand River.

Small and exclusive, Tree Camp is surrounded by large shady trees and offers wonderful views of the Sand River. There is a gracious living area with a guest library. The main sitting area leads out onto a wooden deck, raised on high stilts off the ground. Elegant candlelit dinners are enjoyed in the boma (open air dining area). There is a large swimming pool set in the camp’s garden.

Bateleur Camp

Bateleur Camp has eight luxurious chalets and four gracious suites. All the air-conditioned chalets and suites have a plunge pool and wooden decks with expansive river views, as well as en-suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower. The focal point of each luxurious bathroom is a capacious tub. The essence of relaxation is to gaze from your bath over uninterrupted views of the surrounding bush.

The sitting and dining area at Bateleur Camp offer awe-inspiring views of the Sand River. Four rondavels, which date back to the original Sparta Hunting Camp, are a special feature. One is a traditional safari bedroom and the others have been converted into a museum, a well-stocked wine cellar and an library (with Internet access). Historical photographs of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve add to the congenial atmosphere of the spacious deck, which incorporates an ancient Ebony Tree. There is a large lodge swimming pool, a large boma (reeded enclosure) and an excellent African craft shop/gallery.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome at Londolozi Private Game Reserve, with the exception of Tree Camp. Subject to Terms and Conditions.
